Modest good budget property with courteous and understanding staff who apologised and said he would pas our complaint to the management. Breakfast for our tastes. The location FAB and awesome easy to get to from train station. And very close to transport to tennis, theatres and arts centre and Right in the heart of the city.

the receptionist was really friendly and knows his stuff, daily continental buffet breakfast was the best, so worth it. they make ur bed daily like all other hotel. and the staff cleaners were all really friendly. excellent location right in the heart of the mall.
the lifts is scary. slow and it makes weird noise so if ur afraid of lifts its a no no to this. daily cleaning dont include stocking of nessessities. buffet breakfast is good but the crossions takes forever, u can hear next door room shut as it slams to auto shut.

Access to the room was awkward and a nuisance to get to through the breakfast dining area especially during breakfast times.
